Wholesalers are trained to go out and find deals that few would come across. However, in today’s environment, it is tough to say who’s a TRUE Cash Buyer and who’s a wholesaler. The Real Estate Wholesaling Industry is constantly changing. Unfortunately, a few bad apples have now made it difficult for those committed to building a Real Estate Wholesaling business built on Honesty and Integrity. We seem to have a bad reputation that some call the business Predatory. That’s not how we do business at HAS Holdings LLC, and we make sure we don’t align ourselves with those who operate like that. We start with Honesty and Integrity and build from that foundation. We’re looking for Honest Wholesalers who work with Integrity, are Committed to helping others, and are willing to “Squad Up” to create a “feel good” moment at the closing table where all parties (Seller, Buyer, Title Company/Attorney, and Wholesalers) are walking away feeling great about the transaction!
